My dad's response (similar to Mike's, I'm just noticing):
I hope that counsel had the presence of mind to file a motion for rehearing in the bankruptcy case. 1) State his/her grounds for rehearing and 2) as an alternative, use Billy Madison's own words, "A simple 'no' [i.e. motion denied] would do."
"I am only one, but I am one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something. And that which I can do, by the grace of God, I will do."
- Dwight L. Moody
I like to refer to myself as a Liberal Jesus Freak. I'm a lawyer in Atlanta. I am also a Born Again Christian - meaning, among other things, that I want to use my law degree for more than making money. My wife, Christy, is objectivly the most wonderful woman in the world.
