To add to Jeff's comments on the military blocking access to certain websites...and to make Mike even more angry about it..... I got this listing of websites which are and are not blocked by the military.

Wow, for some reason, the comments page took forever to load.
It's not that I don't agree with your implicit point, but I do wonder how accurate this is, given Wonkette's obvious liberal leanings. Mostly just playing devil's advocate here, as I not only believe the military would take this kind of action, but that the orders to do so would very likely come from the White House. But I would be curious to see another source on this.
